I loved this one! Even more than I initially expected, and
I expected a good, old, girly entertainment. This movie is
the cutest I’ve seen in a while. Even N found it charming.

I loved it! LOVED it.

First of all – visually, this movie ticks all the boxes. It’s an eye candy, one of
my all time favorites, neck and neck with Indiscreet. Movie was such a treat, that I actually watched it twice last week.

And now - the storyline:
Mike Hagen and Marilla Brown are a newlywed couple. Due to their differing lifestyles they don’t seem to have much in common. She is a fashion designer who lives in a swanky apartment and he is a sports writer who likes to go to boxing matches and horse races.

Stunningly beautiful Delores Gray plays Peck's old flame
who isn't quite ready to fade into the background.

Every single setting is delightful.

Honestly, I had no idea that he could do comedies so well... I was quite surprised (and offended) when I found out that others found him wooden and stiff. I don’t know what they were thinking, the guy is hilarious.
