Modern homes, both real and fake, as featured in the movies.
This is one of my all times favorite Vimeo finds.
A vacation house is turned on its side and its parts stacked up to access the view.
The main living space is cantilevered above in the forest canopy—up in the trees.
A two-minute animated voyage through some of the most iconic masterpices of modern architecture: Ville Savoye by Le Corbusier, Rietveld Schröder House by Gerrit Rietveld, Farnsworth House by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Glass House by Philip Johnson and Fallingwater by Frank Lloyd Wright.
Gray Matters is narrated by director Mary McGuckian, whose forthcoming film, The Price of Desire charts
Gray’s conflicted relationships with Jean Badovici and Le Corbusier relative to her masterpiece, the Villa E1027.

I really, really liked these plates by José Antonio Roda, an illustrator and graphic designer based in Madrid. His other pottery items are also super awesome, but this “famous” set is just fantastic. My personal fav is Keith Haring, but hey, I could do with Grace Jones as well. :)

London-based studio HEKA of designer Lauren Davies
created a collection of analog tools for the production of natural cosmetics at home, inspired by beautiful ancient rituals and the transformative powers of alchemy.
“I believe this could be the future of cosmetics for the modern woman who has a desire to be in control of what she uses on her skin and the impact they have on our environment. The tools I’ve designed will enable women to forge a stronger connection to their beauty rituals and a more magical relationship with nature’s intricate mysteries.”

remember this post?
“Simple recipes deliciously shot”. Nemam šta da dodam.
“WSD architecture inserts writer’s shed into UK back garden. Conceived as a haven in the city, the ‘writer’s shed’ by WSD architecture was designed for an author and illustrator to quietly work from. Influenced by the client’s passion for children’s literature and mythologies, the small shelter evokes the idea of a fairy-tale hut at the bottom of the garden and offers a secret space that one can retreat to. “ This is precisely what I need! / found via
♥ This Illustration (and following story)
Great idea from studio Fludd. They organize so-called gelatology workshops, were the participants get three adjectives to be expressed, some time to sketch and then materials to work with, and they each have to come up with their very own ice-cream cone artwork. (found via iiiinspired)

Sve… or should I say “Sveeeeeeee!!!” ?
♥ 30 fantastic websites to lose yourself in
Sjajan post na The fox is black.
