If you’re following me on Instagram , you’ve probably noticed that cool shirt from Nanushka. The overall effect is just to die for, and now when I think about it, I think that those exact words were my photo caption. Like, “I’m dying for this shirt” but with more than three exclamation marks at the end. Ok, here’s the shirt.

Nanushka is the childhood nickname of head designer Sandra Sandor. Born in Budapest, HU she graduated from the London College of Fashion, only to return to her home town to establish the label.
Through her collection Sandra aims to combine playful cuts and lush fabrics with elegance and comfort to create collections that exude a harmony which contrasts the overwhelming noise of the big-city experience. Nanushka is fashion for the urban nomad, for those who are on the move but always at home.

Right? Told you so. And the whole Nanushka experience is something else. Their store has the best wooden floor ever, and looks so fresh, everything is so woodsy and clean, no unnecessary details, just how I like it.

Though Sandra’s collections are finding new followers in every corner of
the world and the brand is aggressively expanding into new markets, it is
still based in Budapest, Hungary, where it recently opened its flagship store.
The store’s unique design received praise from over 250 design blogs from Moscow to Rio and whether to shop or just admire, it has become a must-see tourist destination.

Now on to the good stuff. The whole newest collection is really good. It’s extremely wearable, pieces are not too trendy, their coats and sweaters are something I would gladly wear in the years to come. And the dresses… those I would save for my daughter (if I ever have one). Dresses are real keepers, you don’t want to discard those gems ever.
