Inge Schiöler (1908-1971) is regarded as one of the greatest lyrical colour composing painters in Sweden. His hometown of Stromstad and the islands
of Koster, where he painted his famed seascapes, were his main inspiration. Schioler was a member of the Goteborg Colorists.
