London-based skateboard company PALACE have released a clip featuring skateboarder Shawn Powers. Entitled "Powers Surge," the 6 minute clip was shot predominantly in New York by Nick von Werssowetz, who used a VHS camera to replicate the much loved lo-fi qualities of classic skate videos from the 1980s and 1990s.
