To celebrate the release of this collection in the right spirit, the company is releasing a book full of images of these one-of-a-kind creations as shot by photographer Simon Wheeler. But this isn’t just a roundup of extraordinary vegetable jewels. It also contains a series of recipes by chef Tamasin Day-Lewis inspired by each jewel.
